Every year on Solstice, yoga practitioners around the world gather in local events practicing 108 rounds of Sun Salutations, and this year, Trax Yoga is joining them!
Dee Gard will lead us through this practice in celebration of our Summer Solstice as we move and flow as a community in creating the most extraordinary energy.
Feel the vibes and let your heart shine brightly as the sun!
Cost is $20 and includes fun refreshments following the flow. Participants will also receive a special parting gift that we’re crazy stoked about! 🙂
