Certifications/ Training:
RYT® 200, PILATES
I envision yoga as an expression of the present emotions with a means of release. No matter what type of day has been given to you, a beautiful and meaningful yoga practice has the power to uplift, lighten, brighten and even sooth your spirit. I intentionally provide yoga asanas that allow the energies withing the body to have the opportunities to move positively throughout the entire body system creating a euphoric experience.
My first certification I achieved was Pilates in 2018 in South Dakota. I soon followed with Primal Beats Yoga (think Buti) and Lean Body Barre and began the journey of YTT.
After moving to Delta Junction in 2019 and beginning to teach Pilates in the area, I was well aware that the community needed yoga. I completed my 200 hr yoga certification in 2022.
I heartily feel like teaching yoga is my calling and I look forward to sharing my passion with all of the amazing yogis out there!
