From the comfort and convenience of your own home, spend this month with Trax Yoga instructor, Pipps, as she leads you through all the basics of yoga!

Starting on Sunday, January 17th, you will meet three times a week in the online Facebook group designated below.

Pipps will give lectures, share resources, instruct yoga poses, and answer all your questions throughout this program, fully preparing you to be comfortable and confident with your yoga practice whether at home or in a public studio.

Schedule for this program is:
Sundays from 4 to 5pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays from 7 to 7:45PM
If you cannot make these classes live, then no problem! All classes will be recorded and available for replay through February 28th!
