This 2 class series will not only break down common poses you will come across in any yoga class, it will also give you opportunity to ask questions and find answers. Instilling confidence and cultivating a healthy habit of a consistent practice. At the end of this two class series you should be able to feel physical, mental and even emotional gains that come with a consistent practice!
