Anyone you see practicing in any yoga studio, balancing on their hands or positioning themselves in the bendiest shapes were once, a first time yogi. Many of them probably couldn’t touch their toes when they first began!
But something moved them to investigate yoga further – whether it was too much stress, looking to gain flexibility, needing to lose weight, strengthen or tone muscle, taking time for self, perhaps seeking a new beginning, or simply, curiosity about all the fuss surrounding this practice.

This class will take you through everything you need to walk into the studio comfortable and confident to attend a yoga class! Students will be guided through the check in process, locate amenities; such as props, restrooms, and more! Once settled into the studio, students will be introduced to yoga postures with step-by-step verbal queuing, demonstration, and adjustments if desired. Attention will be placed on the students understanding, safety, and stability with each pose. We followed up with an integration of breath with movement to explore the full experience of vinyasa!

🧘♂️Next, experience the magic of yoga firsthand with a 20-minute Vinyasa-style flow led by the incredible Amy. Feel your body move with grace and strength as you flow through energizing sequences designed to build heat and flexibility.
💫Then, transition into a 20-minute Vini and Yin flow guided by Danielle. Explore the balance between effort and ease as you synchronize breath with movement in this unique fusion practice. Sink into deep stretches and find stillness in the yin postures, allowing tension to melt away as you close out the session in savasana.
❓ Finally, we’ll wrap up the workshop with time dedicated to answering any questions you may have. Whether you’re curious about specific poses, yoga philosophy, or how to integrate yoga into your daily life, our experienced instructors are here to help.
