Sarah wasn’t looking for yoga, but when she came across it for the first time, she knew she wanted it in her day-to-day life. She found that yoga allowed for active and challenging movement, but also provided a calm, relaxing place to just stop and breathe. Through yoga, Sarah discovered a great way to better herself, both physically and mentally. Not only did she gain flexibility and strength, she gained more confidence and a sense of peacefulness.
After finding yoga for herself, Sarah wanted to share it with others, so in November of 2019 she graduated Trax Yoga’s RYT 200-hour YTT. As a self-proclaimed introvert, her personal practice is very much that- personal, in the four corners of her mat. As an instructor, she bridges this ideal into her classes, acting as a guide for students without restricting personal movements and modifications. She takes the time to check in with her students before, during, and after classes. Her desire and love for yoga fills the room with positive energy and encourages students and fellow yogis. Sarah hopes to continue expanding her yoga expertise and keep sharing it with others.
