Laila began taking yoga classes in 2015, as merely a form of exercise, but fell completely in love with the benefits of classes! She found not only a great low impact workout but also a means of reducing anxiety and incorporating self-love into her life. Laila found so much joy in her practice, that she decided to become a yoga instructor herself in hopes of sharing yoga with others. She attended the 200-hour yoga teacher training through Trax Yoga and graduated in 2019. Laila hopes to not only make people feel welcome and comfortable in her classes (regardless of their current fitness level!) but also help them connect their body and mind to breath and find the same mindful movement that has helped her in so many ways.
