Yin

Experience the power of stillness and deep stretching in our Yin Yoga class, designed to release tension and improve circulation in the joints by applying moderate stress to the body’s connective tissues. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes (or longer), creating deep, sustained pressure that targets fascia, ligaments, and joints.

This practice can feel more physically intense as it stretches deeper layers of the body, often bringing up sensations of discomfort as you work to release tension. Yin Yoga challenges both body and mind, encouraging mindfulness and awareness through the intensity of the poses.

Our classes are open to every BODY, and beginners are always welcome. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.
