Our classes are designed for every BODY, with modifications offered to suit all levels. Beginners are always welcome to join and find their flow at their own pace.

Lisa Currie
Lisa Currie is a 500 RYT, 2020 graduate from My Vinyasa Practice and 2005 graduate from YogaFit.
Lisa discovered yoga in 1996 but didn’t have a regular practice until 2002. In 2004 she was given an opportunity to start teaching yoga and has been teaching ever since.
Lisa is also a certified Pilates instructor and likes to incorporate this into her classes.
