Danielle Burke
Danielle has been practicing yoga with Trax for several years and obtained a 500 hour yoga teaching certification through My Vinyasa Practice in 2020.
Her background includes vinyasa, restorative, yin, yoga nidra, adaptive yoga, yoga for BJJ, and trauma sensitive trauma informed yoga.
Danielle has been teaching yoga in the community over the last year. When she isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, you may find Danielle training or competing in jiu jitsu, being creative in the kitchen, going on adventures, or in the gym working out.
Danielle looks forward to connecting with the Trax community on the mats and sharing her practice with you. In light and love.
