The class begins with a dynamic flow to warm up the body and ignite your inner strength. As you move through the sequence, you’ll build heat and endurance, preparing you for a series of held postures designed to engage key muscle groups and promote stability. The practice winds down with gentle stretches, allowing you to release tension and enhance flexibility.
Modifications are always welcomed and encouraged, ensuring that every BODY can participate at their own pace and comfort level. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class is suitable for all levels, and beginners are always welcome!

Lisa Currie
Lisa Currie is a 500 RYT, 2020 graduate from My Vinyasa Practice and 2005 graduate from YogaFit.
Lisa discovered yoga in 1996 but didn’t have a regular practice until 2002. In 2004 she was given an opportunity to start teaching yoga and has been teaching ever since.
Lisa is also a certified Pilates instructor and likes to incorporate this into her classes.
