Sun Salutations in the Sand

Time to inhale the energy of spring and exhale the chills of winter withTrax Yoga!
At 10:30am, the heat’s going to be cranked, the sand brought in by the truck load and the Carlson Center transformed for Sun Sals in the Sun yoga class taught by Dee Gard.
You can leave your bug spray at home and don’t worry about sunscreen;). Bring your mats and bring your minds and bodies for yoga in the sand.
Afterwards we’ll sip on shaved ice from the Shave Ice Sisters, and hang out at the 🏖:)!
For those of you participating in Lululemon 21-Day Yoga Winter Challenge, you may use one of your punches towards this challenge. All other students, pay just $5 for this practice!
