Classes are streamed live here at listed times. If you miss a class, then no problem! All classes are recorded and available for replay through August 30th!
This series provides an ideal complement to your summer training and indoor/outdoor sports activities. These five classes will help your body become more connected, responsive, and healthy through focused asana practice.

The daily vinyasa flows will be centered around various muscle groups serving ALL LEVELS and TYPES of athletes, helping you to find better body awareness and a stronger mind-body connection, as well as physical and mental strength and flexibility.
Monday: lower body/legs
Tuesday: mid-body/hips & core
Friday: upper body:
Sunday | Saturday: full body blend of Flow/Strength/Restore
