Class Details

All of our classes are open to every Body, and beginners are welcome!This class is a blend of gentle Vinyasa and restorative yoga, and is all about self-care.

Through the gentle Vinyasa portion of class, students will connect to their bodies through movement and breath, focusing on listening to the body and giving it was it needs.

Transitioning into the restorative yoga portion, students will rest body supported by blankets, blocks, and/or bolsters. In our warm version of this class, room is heated to 80- 90°.
