HOT Yoga
Step into the heat and challenge your body in our HOT Yoga class, held in the Kahuna studio heated to 110-115°F. This class is designed to build internal heat, promote detoxification, and help you push your physical and mental limits. The elevated temperature encourages your body to sweat, aiding in the release of toxins while enhancing flexibility and endurance.
Expect a powerful, invigorating practice that combines athletic sequences and connect with your breath, all while exploring the edges of your comfort zone. The heat allows for deeper stretches, improved circulation, and a heightened sense of focus.
Our classes are accessible to every BODY, and modifications are always provided. Beginners are welcome to join, with plenty of options to adapt the practice to your individual needs.

Sarah Smith
Sarah began her yoga journey when she took her first class at TRAX YOGA. While sports, exercise, and outdoor activities had always been a part of her life, yoga brought a new sense of calming and grounding that these other activities could not as readily bring.
With this new found appreciation, she finished her Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in November of 2019 with us here at Trax.
It is her hope to share all the benefits yoga has to offer, both physically and mentally. Sarah believes yoga is truly a whole person exercise, with whole person benefits.
