At Trax Yoga, our mission is to provide you with professional classes in our beautiful studios. We hope to eliminate the initial intimidation factor generally associated with yoga by making you feel welcome and comfortable.

In January 2015, Victoria’s passion for yoga was ignited. Through her yoga practice, she has discovered a greater sense of self, patience, and a strength and flexibility that complements her other physical activities, which include running, cycling, and weightlifting.
