After taking a yoga class for credit in college, yoga became a place to for Meghan to find peace within herself. Running for so many years had begun to take a toll on her knees; she knew she needed to engage in something other than running.
She challenged herself every day in yoga physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga made her more aware of herself and helped give her an understanding of strength and flexibility on and off the mat. In class, she challenges students’ strength physically and mentally allowing them to feel accomplished and more at peace within themselves.
