Instructor for Yoga

Having swum competitively since the age of 4, Margot took a pause after her college career where she discovered yoga and began practicing regularly. She finds yoga to be one of her favorite forms of exercise now. It helps her to strengthen and stretch her body, mind and spirit.

In November of 2017 she completed her 200 hours of training that specialized in Vinyasa Yoga. Margot hopes to bring the joy that she experiences while practicing to those who attend her Primary Flow class.
