Through her personal practice, Lindsay quickly realized that yoga has transformed her body, mind, and soul. It has taught her that if you lead your life with positivity, enthusiasm, and the clear mind that emanates with being a “YES”, you can drop all negativity and conquer anything!

Lindsay became a “YES” and completed her 200hr RYT during the summer of 2018. She hopes to share the knowledge she received in her training with her students, and to also learn with and from her students, growing through the practice of yoga together as a community.
