Jody Hassel is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2007 in Iyengar-based hatha yoga, which roots her practice in a clear awareness of aligning breath, body, energy, and mindfulness.

A longstanding and extensive study of Vinyasa Yoga strongly influences the dynamic flow of her teaching. In Jody’s Myofascial Roll and Release classes, she integrates deep tissue release and other bodywork techniques.
