New to yoga? This is the class for you!
Our Primary Flow class follows a set sequence of basic yoga poses so you can develop a familiarity with the foundational elements of a yoga practice.
Though this class is basic, it is still a flow class so expect to move, breathe, and experience a subtle full body workout (and possibly next-day soreness) until your muscles get used to these new movements in the body.
This class is taught in an open and non-judgmental environment and students are encouraged to translate the class according to their own personal level, with frequent opportunities to give the body a break as well as options to bump up the intensity!
- Class is open to all levels of practice.
- For Warm Primary Flow, room is heated to 75 – 80°.
