Slow paced class designed to rejuvenate the body, improve range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and studio walls are used in support of restorative postures, allowing the body to fully relax and calm the mind for a restful evening and good night’s sleep.
Poses are held 2-5 minutes. This is a great class for beginners, yogis looking for a change of pace, and those with injuries or limitations.
