Posture-focused class designed with the intent for students to achieve proper alignment without the movement of a vinyasa class. This intelligent sequence of postures allows students time to work on individual poses “asanas” with focused attention and adjustments from the instructor.
Props are used to help develop strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating discipline, focus, and body awareness. Class will follow the same sequence each week allowing time for growth. This is a great class to transition to advanced beginner/intermediate classes, as well as for intermediate yogis wanting posture work.
