Class Details

Core and Restore combines 45 minutes of strength training for the muscle groups that provide a strong foundation for all athletic and daily pursuits, with 15 minutes of stretching and self massage using props.

We will utilize large and small balls and foam rollers. This class will leave you energized, but relaxed.
