Class Details

Find a soft focus and calm of body and mind.

First half of class is Asana, a practice of mindful movement, breath, and alignment to relieve tension and promote flexibility in body.

In finding a relaxed ease with an awareness of mind, body, and breath, class will then progress into a mix of both guided and silent meditation, and end in a deep, relaxing Savasana.

All levels welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience needed.
