How would you like your dreams to become a reality? Join women’s empowerment leader, Mary Black as she guides you through creating a vision board to help you realize YOUR dreams in 2017.
What is a vision board? A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and all of the things that make you happy. It can also be called a dream board or an action board.
We will have white boards tape, glue and some magazines. Bring some of your favorite inspiring images and power words, your favorite scissors, your dreams and an open heart. Grab your favorite yoga mat for a half-hour intention-setting flow led by the incredible Dee Gard and for a vision, dream and action-setting savasana finale. Cost: $30
